Barnardo’s Cymru Adoption Practice Manager

Are you a qualified social worker? Are you a manager or have aspirations in becoming a manager? We are looking for someone with experience of adoption to lead our excellent team of adoption staff. This an exciting opportunity to grow and develop the service further, making a real difference to those affected by adoption.

In Barnardo's Cymru Adoption Service we offer a range of services through a small but experienced and very committed staff group. We have big ambitions and bigger aspirations! We want the service to be the best it can be, and therefore we need someone with enthusiasm, drive and a can-do attitude. This may well be the job for you.

With your knowledge and experience in adoption, we will support you to grow and develop our existing service, with innovation and creativity you will make a significant contribution to the lives of children and young people across Wales.
